The Team

Perry Thibodeaux

Perry Thibodeaux is the Director of Business Development for Stabiltec Downhole Tools, LLC. Perry has been with Stabiltec Downhole Tools since 2014. Prior to joining Stabiltec, Perry was a Global Account Manager for Halliburton representing major product lines. Perry spent his prior years with the Sperry Drilling division of Halliburton in both US and International businesses. During that time he held various positions in Operations and Sales management, IT and global ERP software implementation. Perry’s vast experience in the domestic and global Oil and Gas sector enables strategic alignment and understanding of our customer’s needs and the value of quality, safety and delivery of products. 

Jeff Nguyen

Jeff Nguyen joined Stabiltec in April of 2015 in his current role as General Manager/Director of Operations. In this role, Jeff is responsible for all operational aspects of Stabiltec and work with the senior management team on the strategic direction of the company. Prior to Stabiltec, Jeff has over 25 years of experience in the aerospace manufacturing sector in various senior technical, marketing, operational and executive roles. His last role was VP/GM of an aerospace investment casting plant in Syracuse, NY.

Marty Theriot

Marty Theriot joined the Stabiltec team in 2011 when Regal Performance Welding and Stabiltec merged.  Marty is currently the Inside Sales Manager. Prior to Stabiltec, he spent 13 years working with a major OEM overseeing maintenance of mud motors. In his current role, he is responsible for all aspects of customer support and problem solving on customer issues.  He has held a number of positions including purchasing manager, estimator and welding manager while at Stabiltec.  His knowledge of mud motor assemblies and welding allows Stabiltec to provide input to customers for both new manufacturing and repair products.

Bryan Blanchard

Bryan Blanchard joined the Stabiltec team in 2012 as the Optimization Coordinator of Manufacturing.  In this role Bryan was responsible for optimizing all operations in the manufacturing facility.  Prior to joining the Stabiltec team, Bryan was the owner/operator of Shady Oaks Machine, Inc. for 13 years.  In 2012, his company was acquired by Stabiltec Down Hole Tools.  Bryan has over 30 years of manufacturing experience in machining and manufacturing design of close tolerance and precision tools.  As our Operations Manager, Bryan is in charge of all operations as well as working with customers on Design for Manufacturing issues to help them remain competitive.

Sandy Sonnier

Sandy Sonnier joined Stabiltec in June of 2017 as a draftsman and within a few months, estimating and procurement was added to his responsibilities. Prior to joining Stabiltec team, Sandy spent years with Nabors Engineering as Drafting Supervisor in the drafting department overseeing drawings, commissioning of offshore rigs and survey platforms for rig placement. With more than 15 years of experience in the oilfield has giving him knowledge of working closely with people and meeting aggressive deadlines. His knowledge of the end products and application allows him to work closely with customers to provide the right product to meet the design intent.

Rebeca Rios

Rebeca brought her vast import/export and logistics experience to Stabiltec in May of 2016. She managed the Import/Export department of a maquiladora with offices in Tucson, AZ as well as Saltillo and Guaymas in Mexico. She is bilingual (English/Spanish) and is able to offer our international customers guidance where necessary. Rebeca is Stabiltec’s Office Manager and is responsible for all back office and administrative functions.

Lucas Dupuis

Lucas Dupuis joined Stabiltec in May of 2014 as a Senior Account Manager for the subs division. Over the last few years, Lucas has taken on additional responsibilities and is now the Sales Account Manager over Louisiana & Oklahoma. Prior to Stabiltec, Lucas had more than 10 years of oilfield experience managing a directional drilling shop (subs, stabilizers & non-mag drill collars). This market knowledge allows Lucas to provide input and execution of Stabiltec’s sales strategy as well as understanding and meeting customer’s needs. Lucas enjoys working with customers to meet or exceed their expectations.

Randi Boggs

Randi Boggs has been with the Stabiltec team since 2012. Initially, she was hired as an office assistant handling all payroll duties, then later cross-trained with the accounting departments, enabling her to learn all the administrative duties for our office.  In 2019, she was promoted to Administrative Manager, who now oversees the Accounts Payable and Receivable departments, and is also the assistant to the Office Manager. In 2005, Randi earned an Associate’s Degree in Office Systems Technology and has over 14 years’ experience working in an office environment.

Joe Araiza

Joe Araiza has been with Stabiltec since 2014. His hands on knowledge of our repair, welding and hard metal process started at the shop floor as an operator. As he accumulated knowledge and experience with Stabiltec processes and customer requirements, he became the shop manager in 2016. He has since then taken on the additional responsibilities of Sales for our Conroe operation. His knowledge of our repair process allows Stabiltec to better serve our customers through better understanding of their needs and our capabilities.
