Integral Blade Stabilizers

Integral Blade Stabilizers are manufactured from AISI 4145H modified steel heat treated(also available in non-magnetic material). Blades are machined to provide maximum mud circulation and spiral milled left-hand or right-hand in three main configurations:

• Tight: Over 270° to 360°

Blade diameters are ground to customer specifications and hard metal is applied to leading edges for additional protection.
